Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank reports the result of stock issuance for ESOP as follows:

-          Number of issued shares before the issuance: 1,553,142,993 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 1,553,142,993 shares

-          Number of treasuries before the issuance: 0 share

-          Number of planned shares issued for ESOP: 10,930,000 shares (0.7% of number of outstanding shares)

-          Time for transferring shares: the bonus shares are restricted for transference within 1 year, as of the end issued date.

-          Capital source: undistributed profit after tax as 31 Dec. 2021.

-          The end issued date: 30 May 2022

-          Expected date of delivery: 31 July 2022

-          Number of issued shares for ESOP: 10,930,000 shares

-          Number of members receiving shares: 7,589 persons

-          Number of issued shares after the issuance: 2,107,672,945 shares for staffs and existing sharesholders
