The Board resolution dated June 06, 2022, the BOD approved of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved the additional capital contribution in REE Digital Company Limited with details as follows:
- Contributed capital before the trading: 1,000,000,000 dongs
- Additional capital contribution: 9,000,000,000 dongs
- Contributed capital after the trading: 10,000,000,000 dongs.
