KBC: Record date for stock issuance to raise capital On June 06, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1112/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 21, 2022
- Record date: June 22, 2022
- Reason & Purpose: to issue shares for capital increase from the owner’s equity.
- Content:
- Exercise ratio: 3:1 (Those who own 03 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Expected issue volume: 191,903,722 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 1,000 shares. With 3:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,000 * 1/3 = 333.3 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 333 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.3 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
