TCD: Transferring a part of capital in Bang Duong E&C JSC

The Board resolution dated June 02, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRADICO) approved to withdraw a part of capital in Bang Duong E&C Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-        Owning volume before the transfer: 4,583,862 shares

-        Total value (at par value): VND45,838,620,000, accounting for 51% charter capital of Bang Duong E&C Joint Stock Company.

-        Transfer volume: 179,760 shares, equivalent to VND 1,797,600,000 (at par value), accounting for 2% charter capital of Bang Duong E&C Joint Stock Company.

-        Transfer price: no less than the initial investment value

-        Time of implementation: June 2022.

After the transfer completes. TRADICO will hold 4,404,102 shares, equivalent to VND44,041,020,000 (at par value), accounting for 49% charter capital of Bang Duong E&C Joint Stock Company.
