TCD: Transferring a part of capital in BCG Land The Board resolution dated May 31, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRADICO) approved to withdraw a part of capital in BCG Land Joint Stock Company with details as follows:
- Owning volume before the transfer: 103,400,000 shares
- Total value (at par value): VND1,034,000,000,000, accounting for 22.48% charter capital of BCG Land.
- Transfer volume: 60,000,000 shares, equivalent to VND600,000,000,000 (at par value), accounting for 13.05% charter capital of BCG Land.
- Transfer price: no less than VND10,000/share
- Time of implementation: May 2022 or June 2022.
After the transfer completes. TRADICO will hold 43,400,000 shares, equivalent to VND434,000,000,000 (at par value), accounting for 9.43% charter capital of BCG Land. HOSE
