Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation received the Official Dispatch No.3215/UBCK-QLCB dated May 27, 2022 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the approval of the dossier of stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC).
