SSB: BOD resolution of 2022 capital plan

Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces a BOD resolution of 2022 capital plan as below.

1. Increasing capital from 16,598 bil. dongs to 20,403 bil. dongs:

-          Issuing 211,400,000 shares for 2021 dividend and 109,700,000 shares for increasing charter capital.

-          Issuing 59,400,000 shares for 2022 ESOP.

-          Planning time: quarter 2 or 3/2022

1. Increasing capital from 20,403 bil. dongs to 22,690 bil. dongs:

-          Offering 228,700,000 shares to public or private placement

1. Approving documents summited to State Bank.
2. Assigning the Chairman implementing the works.
