-         Stock type: common share

-         Stock code: CMX

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares issued: 90,817,502 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 90,817,502 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,000,000 shares

-         Total value (at par value): VND 20,000,000,000

-         Issue ratio: 2.2%

-         These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.

-         Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
