POM: Change in personnel

The Board resolution dated June 20, 2022, the BOD of Pomina Steel Corporation approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Do Tien Si as Chairman of BOD cum Legal Representative of the Company.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Do Tien Si as representative of contributed capital of Pomina Steel Corporation in Pomina 2 Steel Corporation. On the same day, he is appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pomina 2 Steel Corporation.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Do Van Khanh as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company.
