LGC: Personnel change & signing audit contract

On June 21, 2022, CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company announces the following contents:

1. Based on Decision dated June 20, 2022, the BOD of CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lang as Person in charge of Internal Audit of the Company from June 21, 2022.
2. Based on the Board resolution dated April 07, 2022, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the selection of International Auditing Company Limited (iCPA) as the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
3. On June 21, 2022, the Company signed an audit services agreement with International Auditing Company Limited (iCPA) for the financial statements in 2022.
