-          Electing Mr. Uong Ngoc Hai as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term from 2022 to 2027. Effective date: June 09, 2022;

-          Electing Mr. Nguyen Huu Minh as Head of the Board of Supervisors for the term from 2022 to 2027. Effective date: June 09, 2022;

-          Appointing Ms. Phan Lan Anh as Member of the Board of Supervisors for the term from 2022 to 2027. Effective date: June 09, 2022;

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung as Member of the Board of Supervisors for the term from 2022 to 2027. Effective date: June 09, 2022.
