 The Board resolution dated May 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-        Number of distributed employees: 33 persons

-        Issuance volume: 280,000 shares

-        Distributed volume: 255,000 shares

-        Undistributed volume: 25,000 shares.

2. Approving the handle of undistributed shares in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2022:

-        Selling volume: 25,000 shares

-        Selling price: VND 20,000/share

-        Payment date:  before June 01, 2022
