On May 24, 2022, the BOD of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1.  Approved the resignation of Mr. Phan Ngoc Thao as Chairman of BOD of the Company from May 24, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Trong Trung – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from May 24, 2022.
3. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen The My as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from June 01, 2022.
