    On May 25, 2022, the BOD of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the resignation of Mrs. WU CHIA LING as Person in charge of Corporate Governance from May 25, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. CHANG YUN CHENG as Person in charge of Corporate Governance to replace Mrs. WU CHIA LING from May 25, 2022.
