The Board resolution dated April 22, 2022, the BOD of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Duong Cong Minh – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2026.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Duc Thach Diem – member of BOD as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2026.
3. . Approved the appointment of Mr. Pham Van Phong – member of BOD as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2026.
