The Board resolution dated April 22, 2022, the BOD of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Dao Nguyen Vu as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ba Tri as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vo Anh Nhue as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
4. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
5. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai Dang as Acting Director of Tay Nam Bo Area.
