1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Uong Dong Hung as Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2027.
2. . Approved the appointment of Mr. Dinh Nhu Tuynh as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2022 – 2027.
