HSL: Approved the plan for 2020 stock issuance to pay dividend The Board resolution dated April 26, 2022, the BOD of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan to issue shares for 2020 dividend payment with details as follows:
- Stock name: Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HSL
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Number of shares issued: 32,167,144 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 32,167,144 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,608,357 shares
- Total value (based on par value): 16,083,570,000 dongs
- Total shares after the issuance (estimated): 33,775,501 shares
- Total value after the issuance (estimated): 337,755,010,000 dongs
- Issuing ratio: 100:05 (Those who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 3,956 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 3,956*5/100 = 197.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 197 new shares and fractional shares of 0.8 will be cancelled.
