PTB: Approved the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 On April 25, 2022, Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation issued a decision to approve the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 with details as follows:
- Stock name: Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Number of shares issued: 48,599,441 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 48,599,441 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 19,439,776 shares
- Total value (based on par value): 194,397,760,000 dongs
- Issuing ratio: 40% (10:4) (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 04 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 2,022 shares. With 40% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 2,022*40/100 = 808.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 808 new shares and fractional shares of 0.8 will be cancelled.
