RAL: Extension the time for dividend payment and record date to hold AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated April 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of the time to pay second cash dividend for 2021 and the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022. Accordingly, the time to pay second cash dividend for 2021 and record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 will be expected in June 2022.
