  The Board resolution dated April 21, 2022, the BOD of DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the report on result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Stock name: DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: DRH

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total shares before the: 60,999,933 shares

-          Successful offering volume: 3,000,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND30,000,000,000

-          Total shares after the issuance: 63,999,933 shares

-          Total outstanding shares after the offering: 63,353,933 shares

-          Treasury shares volume: 646,000 shares

-          Total proceeds from the issuance: VND30,000,000,000

-          Time for transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the issuance

-          Ending date: April 21, 2022.

2. Approved the amendment of Securities Registration Certificate at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD):

-          Additional volume: 3,000,000 shares

-          Time of implementation: Quarter II/2022.

3. Approved the additional listing on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 3,000,000 shares.
