AAT: Contributing capital in P.A.S Investment

On April 22, 2022, the BOD of Tien Son Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital in P.A.S Investment Company Limited with total value of VND26,000,000,000, equivalent to 52% charter capital. Accordingly, P.A.S Investment Company Limited becomes a subsidiary of Tien Son Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company.
