MSN: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated April 22, 2022, the BOD of MaSan Group Corporation approved to raise its charter capital from VND11,805,346,920,000 to VND14,166,415,760,000 due to the stock issuance to raise its capital from the owner’s equity.
