SVC: Raising the contribution capital in Lam Dong Auto

The Board resolution dated April 21, 2022, the BOD of Saigon General Service Corporation (Savico) approved to receive the transfer of the additional contribution capital in Lam Dong Auto Company Limited. Accordingly, Savico will raise the ownership ratio in Lam Dong Auto Company Limited to 51.33%.
