SVD: Amending charter capital

The Board resolution dated April 20, 2022, the BOD of Vu Dang Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company approved to amend its charter capital from VND129,000,000,000 to VND258,000,000,000, equivalent to 25,800,000 shares.
