TDG: Adjusting the plan for stock issuance to raise charter The Board resolution dated March 24, 2022, the BOD of Thaiduong Petrol Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment to the plan to offer shares for increasing its charter capital with details as follows:
- Estimated offering volume:
- Before adjusting: 50,310,000 shares
- After adjusting: 50,310,000 shares; Of which:
ü Phase 1: 21,190,909 shares
ü Phase 2: 29,119,091 shares
- Exercise ratio:
- Phase 1: 126:100 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 126 rights will be entitled to purchase 100 new shares). The rights should be transferred only once.
- Phase 2: according to the plan decided by the Board of Directors at the time to implement the offering.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares and unsold shares: The fractional shares and unsold shares will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other investors with the selling price is not less than the offering price. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
- Plan for using capital from the offering:
