-         Stock name: DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued:3,000,000 shares

-         Issue price: VND10,000/share

-         Total value (at par value): VND30,000,000,000

-         Issuance ratio: 4.97%

-         These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.

-         Expected issue time: Quarter 2/2022.
