SHP: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated March 23, 2022, the BOD of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the increase of the company’s charter capital from VND937,102,000,000 to VND1,012,063,520,000, equivalent to 101,206,352 shares due to the stock issuance to pay dividend in 2021.
2. Approved the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND1,012,063,520,000.
