On March 16, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HPG) to comply with the regulations on information disclosure because the Company disclosed the explanation for business performance in the first six months of 2020 later than prescribed.
