HID: BOD resolution dated March 17, 2022

The Board resolution dated March 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

Article 1: Approved the plan to ensure the issuance of shares to meet the regulations on foreign ownership ratio:

1. The foreign ownership ratio at the moment HID is 49% (according to the Dispatch dated March 07, 2022 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)).
2. According to the list of shareholders as of December 13, 2021, the foreign ownership ratio at HID is 2.61%
3. The number of shares to be issued to foreign investors in the private placement under the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2022/NQ-DHDCDBT/HALCOM dated January 12, 2022 is 0%.

Article 2: Approved the dossier of registration of share private placement.
