On March 15, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City (HOSE: FDC) to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the stock market because the Company disclosed the documents of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders later than prescribed.
