The Board resolution dated February 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Globalmind Capital Securities Corporation approved the share issuance to existing shareholders with details as follows:

-          Stock name: Globalmind Capital Securities Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND155,000,000,000

-          Stock volume before the issuance: 15,500,000 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 134,500,000 shares

-          Expected stock volume after the issuance: 150,000,000 shares

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND1,500,000,000,000

-          Exercise ratio: 155:1,345 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 155 rights will be entitled to purchase 1,345 new shares).

-          Time of implementation: in 2022

-          The rights should be transferred only once.
