The Board resolution dated March 07, 2022, the BOD of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved to increase capital in Hoang Viet Investment Development Education Corporation (HVID EDU. CORP) with details as follows:

-          Additional purchase volume: 596,700 shares

-          Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND5,967,000,000

-          Ownership ratio after increasing capital: 28.33%

-          Time of implementation: May 2022.
