PTC: Approval of share issuance for capital increase

The Board resolution dated March 10, 2022, the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the share issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity with details as follows:

-          Stock name: Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND179,999,990,000

-          Number of shares issued: 17,999,999 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 17,884,299 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 115,700 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 14,307,439 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND143,074,390,000

-          Exercise ratio: 805 (10:8) (Those who own 10 share will receive 08 new shares.)

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022.
