CMV: Board resolution on the merger of Bach Viet Co., Ltd.

On March 24, 2022, the Board of Directors of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company approved to the merger of Bach Viet Co., Ltd. into Camau Trading Joint Stock Company to the General Meeting of Shareholders for voting and assigned the CEO to build a merger plan and related documents.  

The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Luu Hoang Thong as Deputy CEO of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company.
