VIC: Transferring shares in One Mount Group

On March 27, 2022, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the transfer of a part of shares in One Mount Group Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, VINGROUP will not be a parent company of One Mount Group.
