HAG: Receiving the transfer of shares of Lo Pang livestock

On March 29, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares of Lo Pang livestock Joint Stock Company from Le Me Joint Stock Company with 45,000,000 shares, accounting for 90% charter capital of Lo Pang livestock Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Lo Pang livestock Joint Stock Company will become a subsidiary of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company from March 31, 2022.
