BBC: BOD’s Resolution of merging BBCMT & PANFM

BOD of BIBICA Corporation issued a resolution of merging BBCMT & PANFM as follows:

-   Merged unit: PAN Food Manufacturing JSC. (PANFM)

-   Receiver: West Bibica One Member Co. Ltd. (BBCMT)

-   PANFM will transfer all assets, rights, obligations and benefits to BBCMT. PANFM will be terminated fully its operation and BBCMT will inherit all assets, rights, obligations and benefits of PANFM.

-   BBCMT’s capital will increase from 200 bil. dongs to 500 bil. dongs after the merger.
