SSB: BOD Resolution of solving undistributed & odd shares

BOD of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank issued a resolution of solving undistributed & odd shares as follows:

-   Offering volume: 181,311,631 shares

-   Total volume offering existing shareholders (excluded odd shares): 181,309,779 shares

-   Total amount as of 28 Feb. 2022: 2,712,454,185,000 dongs for 180,830,279 shares

-   Odd shares: 1,851 shares

• SSB Union will buy the odd shares with price at 15,000 dongs/ share, total amount is 27,765,000 dongs and the trading will be by 21 Mar. 2022.

-   Undistributed volume: 479,501 shares

• SSB Union will buy the shares with price at 15,000 dongs/ share, total amount is 7,192,515,000 dongs and the trading will be by 21 Mar. 2022.
• Or the BOD continue distributing the shares to investors.
