DXG: Contributing the additional capital in Ha An JSC

The Board resolution dated February 15, 2022, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution in Ha An Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND4,000,000,000,000. Accordingly, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company will own the contributed capital to VND12,799,985,220,000, accounting for 99.999885% charter capital of Ha An Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company.
