The Board resolution dated February 08, 2022, the BOD of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

Article 1: Approved a report on the result of stock issuance for 2018, 2019 dividend payment:

3. Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
4. Registered volume: 4,590,000 shares
5. Distributed volume: 4,589,802 shares
6. Fractional shares volume cancelled: 198 shares
7. Total shares after the issuance: 31,589,802 shares; Of which

-          Number of outstanding shares: 31,589,802 shares

-           Number of treasury shares: 0 share.

Article 2: Approved the change of Business Registration Certificate and amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital to VND315,898,020,000, equivalent to 31,589,802 shares.
