VietinBank Securities: Approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend The Board resolution dated June 26, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Companyas approved the share issuance to pay dividend for increasing capital with details as follows:

- Number of shares issued: 106,436,576 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 106,399,614 shares

- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 1,005 shares. With 8% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,005*8% = 80.4 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 80 new shares and fractional shares of 0.4 will be cancelled.
