TPS: Administrative sanction decision

On January 12, 2022, Tien Phong Securities Corporation (TPS) received an official document from the State Securities Commission regarding the administrative sanction decision. Accordingly, VISecurities was fined VND85,000,000 because the Company did not announce the information when TPS signed a deposit contract to receive the transfer of real estate as a headquarter.
