SSB: Notice of implementing rights to buy shares

On January 24, 2022, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the implementation of rights to buy shares in the public offering as follows:

1)      Information on public offering:

-          Offering volume: 181,311,631 shares

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Record date: January 18, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 100:12.2633 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to purchase 12.2633 new shares).

-          Time for rights transference: from January 26, 2022 to February 22, 2022

-          Payment time: from January 26, 2022 to February 28, 2022

2)      Place to receive subscription:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
