APH: Adjustment to the BOD resolution dated January 21, 2022

On January 21, 2022, the BOD of An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the cancellation of record date (January 25, 2022) to implement rights to receive shares for the additional issuance to raise capital from the owner’ equity.

2)      Approved the new record date to receive shares for the additional issuance to raise capital from the owner’ equity:

-          Record date: February 11, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 100:25 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 25 new shares).
