On January 07, 2022, BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Dinh Nhat Cuong as a member of the BOD as from January 07, 2022.

-          Approving the election of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuc a member of the BOD in the term 2017 - 2022 as from January 07, 2022.
