SSB: Board resolution on the time for rights exercise

On January 05, 2022, the Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (stock symbol: SSB) approved to the time for rights exercise in the offering of 181,311,631 shares to the existing shareholders, as follows:

−        Record date: January 18, 2022;

−        Subscription and payment time: from January 26, 2022 to February 28, 2022;

−        Time for rights transfer: from January 26, 2022 to February 22, 2022.
