Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the public offering of shares as follows:

1)      Listed firm: Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank

2)      Stock type: common stock

3)      Expected issue volume: 181,311,631 shares

4)      Offering price: VND15,000

5)      Expected mobilized capital: VND2,719,674,465,000.

6)      Exercise ratio: 100:12.2633 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights they will be entitled to buy 12.2633 new shares).

7)      Plan to deal with fractional and unsold shares (if any): The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional and unsold shares (if any) will be distributed to the Labor Union of SeABank’s Headquarter at a price equal to the price offered to the existing shareholders. These shares are not restricted.

8)      Subscription time: from January 26, 2022 to February 28, 2022

9)      Time for rights transfer: from January 26, 2022 to February 22, 2022

10)  Payment time: from January 26, 2022 to February 28, 2022.
