TVB: Approved the plan for share public offering

The Board resolution dated December 21, 2021, the BOD of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving to implement the plan for share public offering:

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1

-          Expected issuance volume: 112,015,461 shares

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Issuance price: 20,000 dongs/share

-          Total value (at par value): VND1,120,154,610,000.

2)      Approving the plan for using capital from the issuance:

Total proceeds from the issuance will be used for margin lending activities, securities business investment and supplement of the company’s working capital.

3)      Approving the dossier of registration for share public offering.
