DAG: Approved the contents to collect shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated December 22, 2021, the BOD of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

-          Time for sending ballot: from December 23, 2021 to January 07, 2022

-          Time for receiving ballots and checking: January 10, 2022.

-          Contents:

+ Written vote of shareholders;

+ Proposal on approving the stock offering plan to raise its charter capital;

+ Proposal on amending, supplementing the company’s charter;

+ Proposal on implementing the capital investment to expand the production plants of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company.
